I personally think Marketing is for anyone of any background which they can be successful in this industry. However there are some very key things that beginners need to know before they just jump feet first into shark infested waters!! You have to have a certain “Hunger” & “Survival” sense in this game. If not you will be eaten alive before you even make any money. I was one of the fortunate ones. I was hungry (starving actually) for success. The moral was down with my employer, getting into traffic every morning was a nightmare, and when I got my paycheck it was already spent two weeks before I received it!! Does any of this sound familiar to you? See in this game you have to be very weary of so called “GURUS” out here that claim that you can be a millionaire over night with just a few clicks from their software. Think about it for a second. If you think it was that easy to make money in Affiliate Marketing that everyone, their Mother, & the dog would be invested in it. Don’t get me wrong there is excellent money to be made in this Marketing industry. I am not a millionaire (YET), but I have learn enough about this game in the 6 months I have been in it to Pay off my cars, my home, quit my medical coding job, married my fiancé & paid “CASH” for the wedding. However I had to bob and weave from the crooks and scammers that see you coming a mile away when you are green & just starting. Then as evidence they show you a lot of screen shots from their Click Bank accounts. Well guess what? 99.99% of that money you see comes from idiots like me when I first started. This is why you seen most of them driving around in their $250,000.00 sports cars and living in their $500,000.00 homes. Trust me I am not mad at them and don’t know their hustle. There is an old saying, “GAME IS TO BE SOLD AND NOT TOLD”.
Lesson one I had to learn the hard is stop jumping on every band wagon you see. Stop opening up the flood of emails you start to receive because you have been searching for a work at home program. Stop falling for the “WE ARE GIVING YOU A FREE WEBSITE WORTH $2000.00 OR MORE”. They have hundreds of free templates to choose from as to how you want your professional website to look So no matter how new you are to this business you should know that this is a steal & a deal you cannot afford to let pass you buy. You see I gave you that information for free to welcome all the new comers to Affiliate Marketing the right way!! Beginning Affiliate Marketers have to also know this. Every product does not work the same for Everyone. There may be a product that makes me $100,000.00, but you try it and make $1000.00. You have to find a niche that is right for you. Find your zone so to speak. Once you find yourself in this industry there is no limit as to how much money you can make. You just have to have someone to tell you which Guru snake pits to steer clear of. Sure they all claim that their “snake oil” product is the best. Well welcome to the world of business commerce!! Now these Guru soft ware websites and Affiliate Marketing programs are reserved for the big boys and girls who are ready to get serious about making money and are hungry for that success level. If you are not ready to put in the time, hard work, patience, blood, sweat, & tears I suggest you start off slow with the free website and play around with the affiliate programs first. Before you jump into the big leagues. One thing that I have learned about affiliate Marketing if I have not learned anything else. You cannot be a lazy, impatient person if you want to make money in this business. You cannot just install a soft ware and go watch soap opera expecting to have $100,000.00 in your Click Bank accounts when you get back. You have to do your homework, research, and definitely work hard and learn the business. Just because you want to go into Internet Marketing does not mean that the hard work stops. As a matter of fact, it has been proven that you work harder for yourself than for someone else.

Now this section is reserved for the rookies that are not ready to take the Gurus head on. This section is for those of you that started out with little money like I did but have a dream of making it rich. You can get rich in this industry but you have to work for it and dedicate a lot of man hours to accomplish it. After you get the free website up I mentioned to you earlier, there are excellent Affiliate programs out there that pay you to advertise other company’s products. My advice would be to sign up with commission junction , Link Share, & Google Ad Sense. I chose these 3 because I personally still make a lot of revenue working for them. There are hundreds of Programs out there. However trust me you don’t want to sign up with them that is for sure.
Last but definitely not least. I know you are wondering, not that I have the site how will I get people to visit it. That is a question that haunted me for the longest. There is no easy answer to that problem either. There are some free traffic you can get (not much), but it is possible. But even if you get free traffic there is no guarantee it will be targeted traffic. Targeted traffic simply means traffic that is specifically looking for what you have to offer. Now traffic sources in my honest opinion is where if you are smart you will invest a few dollars for it. I have only one paid traffic source that I would recommend to rookies or veterans. I recommend this source because I have made more than $50,000.00 in 60 day using this traffic source. The company I am referring to is called ADFLY JUST GOOGLE IT . I know that name sounds stupid but trust me it was one of the best decision I ever made in my life when it came down to paying for traffic. If you are really on a budget I suggest buying their “proxy traffic “. It’s only will cost you $0.40 per 1000 impressions (hits) and you cannot beat that. Now I will let you in on one more secret. Before you buy this traffic, make sure you have signed up for Ad Sense and placed their banner ads on your free sites. I have experienced this proxy traffic does well with Google Ad sense.
Well there you have it folks. Now you can say you heard the truth when someone told you that I hold the secret to becoming a Super Affiliate. You have to truly crawl before you walk.
